Dixie belongs to Mike and Cheryl. She is daddy's dog. She will follow Mike around everywhere if she is allowed to. She is a Labrador Retriever with English bloodlines which is why she is smaller in size. She loves the lake, chasing deer at home, going to Home Depot and Lowes or just riding in the truck.

My passion for Space planning led me to study Interior Design at the Art Institute of Austin. I enjoy creating spaces to better suit your lifestyle. In my spare time I enjoy running, and spending time with my three boys.

Jeremy Seamans

I have been in the restoration industry for a decade now, and have over 17 years of Crew and Project Management experience. I am driven by an obsession for challenging work environments that require constant problem solving and using every opportunity to create an incredible Customer experience. In my free time, I enjoy making music, art, blacksmithing and spending time with my beautiful wife and 3 amazing boys.

Zack Praytor

Zack is a partner in the business as well. He grew up helping out around the shop since his elementary school days. He is very mechanical and can fix or build just about anything. Zack has been very involved in operations in his earlier days and now he is more involved in the office estimating and keep things around the shop in operating and orderly.

Cheryl Praytor

Cheryl is one of the founding partners here. She and Mike are married and Zack is their son. Cheryl enjoys the outdoors, hiking and spending time on Lake Travis. Cheryl is a also perfectionist with some OCD characteristics which has assisted with our success in building our company.

Keith Peterson

Keith is our Reconstruction Manager. Keith retired from the city of Georgetown after 14 years of service. He is here to help you

Erick Chairez

Erick is one of our Reconstruction Project Managers. Erick has been working in this industry for over 23 years now. He is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

John Peterson

JP is a project manager. He joined our team with prior SERVPRO experience and CAT adjusting as well. JP knows the industry very well. JP has taken on a lot of our Mold Remediation projects. He is a great asset to our team.

Ioan Hazapariu

I've been in the Restoration industry for upwards of 10 years. I am certified in ECTP, Mold Remediation, ASD, and IICRC. As a Working Project Manager, I like to ensure that a thorough job is done every time. In my spare time, I love to be outdoors as much as possible doing activities such as fishing and hunting!

Brandon Oritz

I have certifications in Water damage restoration, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, and upholstery & fabric cleaning. Outside of work, I like to relax at home and work on my truck!

Bertha Lombardo

I have been apart of the SPHP Cleaning Crew for 4 years now! I love my job and the family-like environment it offers. I'm also a full-time mom to 2 girls and 1 boy so I'm always on my toes!

Phil Amans

Phil is one of our content cleaning specialists. Phil has great attention to detail and understanding of how to keep things organized. He manages our Ultrasonic cleaning system and most packouts.
